Tuesday- the Bar Kochva Caves!

Hey parents,

 Today we went to the barchochva  caves. Barchochva was a general in israel who conquered Israel from the Romans and then crowned himself king only for 2 years and then being thrown over by the Romans the barchochva people had to hide in cave 

The caves they lived in we had to crawl on our stomach and they were so narrow l

I truly felt for the people who lived in those caves and their  constant fare

That the Romans don't find them 

One time a man in the caves heard something going  klick clock on top of them and he thought it was a Roman soldier on a horse and he told everyone and they all ran for there lives they were pushing each other And they ended up killing each other 

It was not someone on a horse it was a man and he had Metal tabs on his shoes.
We had a great lunch and then got a special ice cream treat from Mrs. Swerdlov for all being on time to davening today

Then we went to different caves

We also saw where Dovid and Golias fought 

It was really nice
